Meet the Founder
Mark Diehl, founder and president of Diehl CPA, is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) with both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science degree in Accounting from Western Governors University. Mark was appointed in June 2023 to serve on the Alaska State Board of Public Accountancy by Governor Mike Dunleavy.
With years of experience — including time as a former Minnesota state tax auditor — Mark brings a deep understanding of the tax code and how it affects investors. After moving to Alaska in 2021, he built Diehl CPA to help clients keep more of what they earn, minimize their tax burden, and make smarter financial decisions. His goal is to help investors and business owners across Alaska protect and grow their wealth with confidence.
