Founder & President
Mark Diehl, founder, and president of Diehl CPA, is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) with both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science degree in Accounting from Western Governors University. Mark was appointed in June 2023 to serve on the Alaska State Board of Public Accountancy by Governor Mike Dunleavy and is a member of the American Society of Tax Problem Solvers.
For years, Mark has worked as the former Minnesota state tax auditor in Minnesota. Mark moved to Alaska in 2021 and started his tax resolution firm to help people and protect their hard-earned money and has been in business since 2019. His goal is to help taxpayers across Alaska save time, effort, stress, and money when the IRS comes knocking on their door.
